Don't be fooled by this studio! It is just what you need for your old town Puerto Vallarta experience. This condo combines chic contemporary décor with ample amenities and an excellent location to provide a memorable stay.  The ceilings are tall and the décor is chic and comfortable. Exposed brick, flat concrete walls, rich wood, and metal accents make for a hip, downtown, urban feel. Complete with a king size bed, full size kitchen and bathroom, and washer and dryer - there is nothing missing in this space.

 

Located inside of one of the newer projects in the Romantic Zone - Loft 268 - this condo is located just one block from Basilio Badillo’s Restaurant Row, home to some of the best rated eateries and renowned galleries, and two blocks from the Romantic Zone’s famous Los Muertos Beach.

 

Studio 104 is a 527 ft2 (49 m2) apartment located on the ground floor interior, tucked away from the main entrance. The living area features a smart TV with access to Netflix and other apps.  The windows in the bedroom, living room, and bathroom look out to the lobby and provide limited natural light, and have blackout blinds for privacy.


The kitchen appliances include a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee pot, and blender. Meals for 4 can be served at the dining table or can also be enjoyed upstairs at the rooftop.  The full size bathroom features a large shower and rain shower head.

 

This condo contains all the modern amenities including a mini-split air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep you cool, fast wifi, water filtration system for drinking water, full size washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron, carbon monoxide alarm, smoke alarm, and mini-ironing board.

The Neighborhood:

Loft 268 is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Basilio Badillo Street is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Loft 268.

 

The beach is a short walk, just 2 blocks west of Loft 268. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.


Getting Around:

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

 

Security:

This is a controlled access building with surveillance cameras and security officers onsite 24/7. Visitors will be asked to sign-in and leave their ID with the security guard. The building is very safe and in a safe neighborhood.

 

Interaction with Guests:

A member of our team will meet you at the building for check in. Afterwards, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day.

Guest Access & Visitors:

Studio 104 guests are required to wear a wrist bracelet to help identify you as a guest of the building for the duration of your stay. The bracelet is small and does not identify the name of the building. 


Studio 104 guests are allowed a maximum of two visitors in the building after presenting their photo ID and signing in at the reception desk.  Guests and their visitors have full access to the condo and the building common areas.  AT NO TIME ARE UNREGISTERED GUESTS OR VISITORS ALLOWED TO STAY OVERNIGHT AT THE CONDO.  


Parties:
Having visitors is allowed; however, parties/events are not allowed


Other Things to Note:

The pool and rooftop are closed every Wednesday until 1pm for maintenance and cleaning.


Housekeeping cleaning services for the Studio are provided at checkout.  Additional housekeeping services can be scheduled during your stay via your host for a fee


Supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided to begin your stay; it is your responsibility to replace them if you run out.  There are several stores within walking distance where you can purchase essentials.


There are two steps (stairs) required to access Studio 104 just before the apartment door.

 

Crib and extra bed policies:

There is capacity for a crib at this property; however, they cannot be provided by the host.


This property is equipped with a futon style sofa and extra bed linens if necessary.

Smoking:

Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the studio or common areas of the building.  The security deposit will not be refunded if there is evidence of smoking of any kind in Studio 104!   A smoking ban in public places has been enacted in all of Mexico; however, it is not currently being enforced at this time in Puerto Vallarta.  Enforcement is subject to change at any time.  There is currently a smoking area for the building on the rooftop near the fire pit.

Vaping devices (vapes, vape pens, cartridges, etc.) are not allowed to be brought into Mexico.  Your device may be confiscated at the airport upon arrival if found and/or you may be given a fine.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed.


Cancellation and Refunds: All bookings require at least a 50% deposit to hold the reservation.  The full (remaining) amount must be paid at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.  Once a deposit is received, your booking is considered a non refundable booking unless you meet the following criteria. Should you need to cancel, you may receive a refund, only, if the property can be re-rented for the exact same days that you cancelled OR you cancel no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Refunds shall be limited to the amount paid.  All cancellations shall be submitted in writing to adrian@prideproperties.net. There will be no refunds for partial unused accommodations or services if the guest decides to leave early.


Confirmation of payment will be forwarded to the guest. All reservation requests made 30 days or less will require full payment to confirm rental request. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if deposits are not received as noted by the above dates. An extension may be requested by email.

Responsibilities: 
The host, owner, or property shall not be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damages to any person(s) or property of person(s) occupying the property. The rights, if any, of a person occupying the property to seek recourse against the property Owner or host for any injuries to the person(s) or property of the person(s) shall be governed by the laws of Mexico and determined exclusively by the courts of Mexico having proper jurisdiction.

The Tenant/Guest is responsible for all damages incurred while occupying the property whether a damage deposit has or has not been collected. This includes damage to the Studio 104 as well as common areas of the condo building/structure and its staff.  A physical inspection should be conducted when entering the property and anything broken or in need of attention must be reported to the Property Manager or Front Desk immediately. If no report is made, it is assumed that everything was in order at the time of possession. Any damages identified during the stay or at departure shall be paid for by the Tenant(s)/Guest before departure.  Any applicable part of the refundable security deposit shall be refunded to the Tenant/Guest within 14-days from the date of their departure.

Any singular of any noun/verb shall mean the plural where and when applicable.
